Our patented CNC tooth milling system results in razor sharp teeth and eliminates any thermal shock. Simonds welding process creates a narrow bead and heat-line and closer thickness tolerance at the joint. This gives the weld extra strength and toughness and prevents trouble-causing kinking and bending. Our benching process delivers the blade flatness, tension, back, and cutting angles you need for success. As with our circle saw blades, you will be supported by our experienced team of Cutting Tool Specialists. And with our three manufacturing plants, we can quickly deliver blades to keep your mill sawing.
